The Buyout Clause can be evoked at anytime during your lease, from the moment your lease becomes active, up until thirty (30) days prior to its expiration.

The cost of the buyout is calculated largely by the term of your lease, and details of the total buyout cost will be specified in your Lease Agreement.

If your lease of a domain has expired and you would like to renew it, you must bear in mind that the domain owner may reject another term of lease, or decide to increase the value of the lease.
